Turmeric has been known to help with acne and scarring. It is also known to soothe, detoxify, exfoliate, and lighten dark spots on skin. Ginger contains natural oils known as gingerols that may reduce inflammation and pain. Ginger has anti-inflammatory benefits that also help to soothe irritated skin. With this being a facial bar, we thought the light aroma of warm steeping green tea leaves would complete this powerhouse bar and would provide a relaxing and calming experience.
For an extra bonus - the kaolin in the soap can provide a mild exfoliation experience if the bar is rubbed directly on the face or body... you're welcome!
